Privacy and Opt Out Page
This page shows how a client could provide their users with the ability to Opt Out of measurement. (Publisher controlled). A User could of course Opt-Out of Nielsen measurement by selecting the Opt-Out link on the Nielsen Privacy page, but this provides another level of control.
In this example, when the user Opts Out of measurment for content on the NielsenOnlinesupport.com site, a cookie is set, and checked each time the user returns.
